BIOGRAPHY: Don focuses his practice on business, commercial, and real estate litigation. In this capacity, he has represented individual and corporate clients in both state and federal cases. A large portion of Don’s practice involves community association representation. Don has served as legal counsel for hundreds of community associations throughout Central Florida for all of their legal needs, including collections, mortgage foreclosure defense, covenant enforcement, revisions of governing documents, and general corporate advice.

Don attended Vanderbilt University Law School as a Vanderbilt Honor Scholar. While at Vanderbilt, he served as specially-admitted counsel with the Domestic Violence Clinic. In addition, Don was selected as a research assistant for the Dean of the law school and leading negotiation and dispute resolution scholar, Chris Guthrie. While he was at Wake Forest University, he was recognized as a George Foster Hankins Honor Scholar and inducted into Mortar Board Honor Society and Psi Chi Honor Society.

He is a charter member and a director for the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association and also served on the Alien Land Law Committee.

BIOGRAPHY: William was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. William focuses his practice on businesses, contracts, insurance litigation, estate planning, and short sales and foreclosure defense.

Prior to entering law school, William owned and operated companies offering financial planning services. In 2004, he co-founded Hummel Voight Insurance Investments and continues to remain active in the financial sector while practicing law. Moreover, in 2008, William established the Voight Foundation, a charitable non-profit corporation, whose mission is to support the community through arts and education. With his experience, William is able to offer a unique multi-disciplinary perspective to his clients.

Mr. Voight is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

While in law school, Amy served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Barry Law Review Editorial Board. Ms. Mai had her Note, Under the Radar: The Unique Plight of Special Immigrant Juveniles, published in the Barry Law Review. Additionally, Amy earned membership on the Moot Court Honors Board for her writing and oral advocacy skills.

Amy is a on the board of directors for the Voight Foundation and is a member of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association. She is also fully fluent in Vietnamese.

BIOGRAPHY: Theresa was raised in Deltona, Florida and attended college in Orlando before moving to the Midwest. Theresa focuses her practice on real estate, community associations, evictions, short sales, foreclosure defense, and family law.

Prior to entering law school, Theresa obtained valuable experience while working in the consumer credit industry which gives lends her valuable insight in lending practices and creditor’s rights. During law school she was a board member Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity and volunteered for organizations including Equal Justice Works. She also worked as a student attorney at Drake’s Legal Clinic in the area of Elder Law.

Theresa serves as the Florida liaison for the Wisconsin State Bar.

BIOGRAPHY: Christine focuses her practice on first party insurance claims, businesses, real estate litigation employment law, personal injury, and DUI and other traffic charges and driver’s license issues.

Born in Guam and raised in California, Christine attended California State University, Fresno as a Rodman Scholar. Prior to law school, Christine was a reporter for the California Real Estate Journal, The Daily Recorder, The Bakersfield Californian, and The Kansas City Star. She earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where she won Book Awards for Common Interest Communities, Lawyering Process, and Professional Responsibility. Christine has also served as a court advocate for domestic violence victims in Duval County and as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Osceola County.

Christine is a member of the American Bar Association and the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association.

BIOGRAPHY: DK practices solely in the area of immigration law.

Prior to entering the legal profession, DK was involved in the banking and real estate industries.  He has acted a Court Appointed Receiver in and for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida, and in said capacity, he has served as a receiver for homeowners and condominium associations for the collection of past due assessments.  He was a founding board member of GulfShore Bank in Tampa where he helped raise $13.3 million in initial capital and served on the Assets and Liabilities Committee.
